What You Need to Know

**Please note that there are a limited number of each item in our online shop but more may be available if you message us.** 

Delivery

Standard delivery is normally within 3 - 5 working days. (Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.) We will deliver the goods to the premises specified on your order. Please note that delivery costs are based upon one UK delivery address. We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. You may specify one delivery address per order. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

Free delivery on all orders over £20.00

Standard delivery charge £2.95 on orders under £20.00

For click and collect from the shop select 'The Cottage' in the delivery options at the checkout to remove the delivery charge.

Returns

If you have had a change of heart and would like to return a purchase, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to thecottageormskirk@gmail.com

Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition within 28 days of delivery and accompanied by the original sales invoice. We do not offer an exchange service.

Goods must be returned unused, with all labels and tags left attached in their original unopened box. All packaging must be pristine, unmarked and undamaged and in a saleable condition. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. We are also unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

We will process a refund onto the original payment method used to pay for the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods in an acceptable condition as described above.
